After several conversations with Compact drivers we have decided to allow racing rims no wider than 7” for the Big Guys Automotive Compact class at Atomic and also at Jackson. The tires cannot extend past the body. The picture is an illegal setup with our rules package. These rims are way safer for drivers and also fans!
After much thought and discussion the Owners and Promoters of both Atomic Speedway and Jackson County Speedway have decided to run the 2018 season without a sanctioning body. We appreciate 6 good seasons with the AMRA and wish them luck going forward.

With Atomic and Jackson going unsanctioned and using a combo of AMRA/UMP rules for 2018 here are a few questions and answers. Please note: On the Sport Mod part of all this if your running the PRP style Sport Mod it has to meet their rules. It cannot be a mixture of the two. So in other words it needs to be a PRP style Sport Mod with the AMRA style carb or the Atomic style AMRA legal 1)Any changes to the Late Model or Modified Rules?
